Description du poste

Notre mission | Our mission Ikajurtigiit
Let's build us up!

Ikajurtigiit is an Inuit cooperative in construction trades with a powerful social purpose: training Inuit to build skills and confidence as a gateway to self-determination.

As an RBQ-licensed cooperative, Ikajurtigiit combines professional standards with hands-on mentorship. Their CCQ-registered apprentices work directly with skilled journeymen on projects that truly serve Nunavik.

Some days, Ikajurtigiit team renovates houses, some days they build cabins or other structures, some days they maintain equipment and spaces. Every project is an opportunity for the team to discuss, learn and, grow in confidence and skills. Join our team now!
